healthier foods, namely: vegetables, fruits and right weighted poultry and
piggery products. In the legislation sector, they should impose policies,
memorandums and even laws that is connected in advocating good health for the
humanity. An example of it is the memorandum for schools that, in canteens can
only sell foods that is beneficial for students. Foods that contains vitamins
and minerals, and not those foods that contains sodium and even those sweets
and fatty foods.
Not only those what we take in, but
also those activities to make us an able-bodied person. The physical activities
that a person should undergo, these activities are subdivided into two, namely:
health- related fitness and skill-related fitness. Health-related fitness are
those fitness activities in which health of a person is related or benefited.
